Once reviewed, you receive access to our client portal with real-time inventory, tailored pricing, and dedicated account management. Dealer and contractor accounts include 30-day net terms after credit approval.
Our catalog includes factory-direct access to premium brands across all major HVAC categories: split systems, VRF, rooftop units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and commercial refrigeration. As a CRA-registered importer, we source directly from manufacturers to eliminate middleman markups while maintaining full CSA, ULC, and Energy Star certification.
Every unit ships with the full manufacturer warranty (typically 5-10 years on parts and compressor) plus our partner guarantee. We handle all warranty claims in-house so you never deal directly with the manufacturer. Our technical support line is available to help with installation specs, wiring diagrams, and commissioning procedures for both residential and commercial projects.
In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours from our Ontario distribution center. We maintain deep inventory on the top 200 SKUs to ensure same-week availability for common residential and light commercial equipment. Larger commercial orders and custom configurations typically ship within 5-10 business days. All shipments include full insurance and GPS tracking.

We are currently building out flexible financing options for both residential and commercial customers, including monthly payment plans, project-based financing, and extended Net terms for approved contractor accounts.
